About the role

As a Project Manager in our Enterprise Portfolio and Change Management team, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of critical technology initiatives that underpin the Bank’s strategy and regulatory commitments. Working across business and technology, you’ll bring structure, pace and clarity to complex change—co‑ordinating internal teams and third‑party partners to deliver results that are adopted, valued and sustainable. This is a hands‑on role where strong governance, pragmatic delivery and people‑centred change come together.

This is a 15 month fixed term opportunity, created to support an internal team movement.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table:

  • Proven delivery of complex technology projects in regulated or risk‑aware environments.
  • Strong experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholder expectations, including sponsors.
  • Hands‑on expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid or traditional), applied pragmatically to fit context.
  • Solid financial, risk and vendor management capability, including budget control and third‑party delivery.
  • Demonstrated success embedding change so that teams, customers and the organisation realise real benefits.
