Organisational Development and Design Lead
About the role
As part of our People and Culture team you’ll drive and develop our culture and engagement programmes and support effective people change to deliver our organisational strategy. This is a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity at our Wellington head office to support a period of parental leave.
You'll bring the following experience to the table:
- Broad Organisational Development experience including the design and delivery of culture and engagement initiatives.
- Experience designing fit for purpose workforce strategies, roles and teams, and consulting on and implementing the resulting changes in partnership with the wider P&C function and business.
- A proven track record working with leadership teams and managing cross business stakeholder relationships to develop programmes of work.
- Lead the engagement survey programme, turning people insights into clear, actionable improvements.
- You’ll also be highly organised, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
